Using the site
Bloomcade is free to use. You can play the games, read the pages and join the waitlist without paying. Please don't misuse the site: no attacking it, scraping it at scale, or trying to interfere with the games or the ads.
Games and ads
Some games are made by other studios and delivered through game networks, and the ads are provided by advertising partners. Their content is theirs, and they are responsible for it. If you see something that shouldn't be there, tell us and we'll look into it.
Trees and the ledger
We describe where the money goes on the ledger. The figures there are the ones we report, based on what we receive and what we send to our planting partner. We won't say a tree was planted unless it appears on the ledger.
No guarantees
We try to keep the site working, but we provide it as it is, and it may be unavailable or change without notice. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that result from using the site or from third-party games and ads. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and by continuing to use the site you accept the update.
Who we are and which law applies
Bloomcade is run by Idleforest Unipessoal, LDA, Lisbon, Portugal. These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, without taking away the consumer protections of the country where you live. You can reach us at [email protected].
